Located directly in the heart of Key Colony Beach with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico through the Vaca. This is a family, water-front home with private, heat optional pool plus membership to the Pool and Cabana Club with private beach. The upper level offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a spacious living, kitchen and dining room. The master suite is located on the west wing on the home and offers sliding doors to the outdoors. Relax on one of the two the screened balconies overlooking the water and watch the boats go by! Bedding consists of 1 King in the master bedroom, one Queen bed in the guest bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. Deep water dockage with water and cleaning station at the dock.
