Day 1, Arrive at Leh Airport

Arrive at Leh airport, where you will be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel. The day is dedicated to acclimatization to the high altitude, ensuring a comfortable start to your journey. In the evening, take a stroll through the Leh Market, explore the Leh Palace, and find peace at the Shanti Stupa. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2 : Leh - Sham Valley Exploration

After breakfast, set out on a scenic drive to explore Sham Valley. Visit the historic Likir and Alchi Monasteries, revered for their ancient murals and architecture. Stop by the sacred Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, the Hall of Fame Museum and witness the confluence of the Zanskar and Indus Rivers at Sangam. Return to Leh for the night.

Day 3 : Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass

Following an early breakfast, drive towards Nubra Valley, renowned for its striking beauty, via the famous Khardungla Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world at 18,380 feet. On arrival, check in to your accommodation, enjoy a delicious lunch, and spend the afternoon leisurely walking along the banks of the Shayok River. Don’t miss the iconic camel ride on double-humped camels amidst the sand dunes between Deskit and Hundur Villages. Overnight in Nubra Valley.

Day 4 : Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake

After breakfast, journey to the stunning Pangong Lake, located at an altitude of 14,500 feet. The scenic drive will take ~imately 6-7 hours. Upon reaching your campsite, take time to relax and admire the ever-changing colors of the lake. Witness a spectacular sunset as the lake reflects the surrounding mountains. Overnight at Pangong Lake.

Day 5 : Pangong Lake to Hanle via Chushul Village

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Hanle, passing through Chushul Village and crossing the Tsaga La pass at 15,200 feet. Hanle is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory and the Himalayan Chandra Telescope. Learn about the region's historical connection to King Singge Namgyal. Stay in a local guesthouse for the night.

Day 6 : Hanle to Tsomoriri via Mahe Bridge

Following breakfast, continue your journey to Tsomoriri Lake via Ya Ya Tso Lake and Nurpa Pass at 16,100 feet. Cross the Mahe Bridge and arrive at the charming village of Korzok by late afternoon. Take a leisurely walk around the picturesque Tsomoriri Lake, soaking in the breathtaking natural beauty. Overnight in Korzok.

Day 7 : Tsomoriri to Leh via Tsokar Lake and Taglangla Pass

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Leh. Enroute, pass through the sulfur-rich Puga region, Tsokar Lake, and the imposing Taglangla Pass at 17,585 feet, the world’s third-highest motorable pass. Arrive in Leh in the evening for a well-deserved overnight stay.

Day 8 : Departure from Leh

In the early morning, you will be transferred to Leh airport for your flight back to your destination, marking the end of your memorable Ladakh journey.
